The newly promulgated Regulations on Improving the Business Environment came into force on January 1, 2020. Under the regulations, procedures during companies’ daily operations with the government departments such as Commerce, Industry and Commerce, Tax Bureaus and Customs will be further streamlined, and China's business environment is expected to be substantially improved in the future.
